Career Fest was inaugurated by Mr. Deepak Ghaisas (Chairman, Gencoval Strategic Services Pvt. Ltd.).Groom N Grow and Central Bank of India were our event partners. In CareerFest 2013 we made a conscious decision to shift our focus form employment to employability. Because as we worked with the job seekers and employers we realized that industry had lots of opportunities for sound engineers but the engineers needed to step up to the mark for becoming employable. Hence we channelized our efforts towards grooming the engineering students.

Some highlights of activities are listed below:

• Participation of about 3000+ engineering students.

• Group career counselling by ‘Career Buddies’- working professionals from the industry.

• 19 seminars on various aspects of engineer’s career by distinguished professionals and speakers.

• Stalls by various institutions offering professional courses for engineers.

CareerFest 2012 overview

CareerFest 2012 was held on 24th-25th March 2012. It was inaugurated by Mr.Madhav Joshi (President,Legal and Regulatory, Tata Teleservices Ltd.)

This event was graced by prescence of eminent personalities including Mr. Ravindra Chavan(MLA), Mr.Girish Tilak (Director, Resume Consultants), Mr. Sudhir Joglekar, Colonel Wanzari, Mr. Ramesh Joshi (Ashansh foundation), Mr.Deo (Soham Consultants) and a number of representatives of various companies and institutes.

Some highlights of activities are listed below:

• Participation of about 2000 engineering students.

• On the spot job interviews of about 400 engineering students by 25 .

• Aptitude test for over 1000 Engineers.

• 12 seminars on various aspects of engineer’s career by distinguished professionals and speakers.

• Stalls by various institutions offering professional courses for engineers.
